Rachel Entwistle, ceramicist, Brighton, UK
Rachel mostly works in stoneware and produces beautiful tableware, including mugs, tumblers, plates and bowls.
Her studio is part of 19a, an arts space based in the Hollingdean area of Brighton. Its a community of artists in residence with a gallery and workshops.
“My ceramics have a modern rustic look and feel to them and demonstrate my passion for simplicity in line, colour and shape. My palette includes shades of blue, pink and glossy white in varying combinations. I like to play around with overlaying these colours, this can create some beautiful effects.”
We absolutely love her tableware. It feels weighty and has a rustic feel and texture.
Unfortunately we’re only able to stock a limited amounts of Rachel’s ceramics but if we are low on stock, please get in touch and we will get back to you asap, hello@cubly.co.uk
As with any handmade item, no two pieces will be exactly the same, please consider this when purchasing handmade ceramics and enjoy its unique beauty.
