Orders will be processed the following working day, or the same day if received by midday on a business day. Orders will be sent using Royal Mails 48hr tracked service, this aims to deliver in 2-3 working days.  (Please allow longer for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man)

Free delivery for orders over £50

Once the minimum of £50 has reached you will be eligible to enter a discount code- use code OVER£50 to receive free delivery.

FAQs- Shop returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy?

All our shop products are eligible for return within 28 days of delivery.

What happens if my items arrive damaged or I receive the wrong item?

Please get in touch with alice@cubly.co.uk within 14 days of your order being received, if you have an incorrect or damaged/faulty item. We will then organise a replacement or refund.

How do I return an item? 

If you wish to return an item from our homeware shop please contact us in advance to notify us of the return or issue. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items that have been damaged in the returns process due to poor packing. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service. We appreciate these items are very delicate and If you want any advice or help packing your return please get in contact.   

Once received and checked your refund will be issued to the card which the payment was made within 5 working days.

What if I have an issue with my product after 28 days?

We don’t think you will have any issues with the quality of these items, however if you do, please get in touch with alice@cubly.co.uk

Handmade variations  

As with all handmade goods, there may be inconsistencies across styles including dimples, variation in curves and shapes. Please take this into account when purchasing your order and embrace the nature of handmade items.
